Planning a wedding in another country is a thrilling adventure—but I know it can also feel overwhelming at times. From logistics and timing to vendors and budgets, it’s natural to have lots of questions. And I believe that clarity is key to feeling truly supported

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF THE WEDDINGS YOU PLAN?
I work with couples with different budgets and always assess whether my service costs align with
your price range before scheduling an initial consultation.
My service is entirely bespoke. If you’re interested, we can arrange a detailed introductory meeting.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
I’ll need at least a week to carefully select the right vendors, check their availability for your event,
and request service quotations. After that, we’ll meet again, and I’ll present everything I’ve put
together for you. I ask for a bit of patience—this process takes time, but it’s the only way to provide
you with accurate and precise information. At the end of this process, you’ll decide if I’m the right
person for you.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
Every event is unique and tailored to the couple’s needs. Therefore, my service cost varies based on
several factors, including the time required for event design and the level of involvement in the
organization.

Absolutely! If you’re dreaming of something special in another region, let’s talk about it

HOW DO YOU HANDLE ISSUES DURING THE WEDDING?
With 10 years of experience, I always make sure there is a backup plan for every situation. By
maintaining organization and clear communication throughout the entire planning process, I do my
best to eliminate problems before they even arise. That’s always the best solution!
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE WEDDING DAY? WILL YOU BE THERE?
On your wedding day, as I always say, I will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. I guarantee
my presence throughout the entire day, managing every aspect of the event—from vendor arrivals to
guest welcome and timeline coordination. My presence will always be discreet, but you can count on
me at any moment. I will be by your side to ensure you enjoy your day stress-free and with complete
peace of mind.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FIRST MEETING?
As we chat, I’ll fill out a questionnaire about you, your story, and your dreams and expectations for
your wedding. Then, I’ll prepare a cost estimate based on your envisioned budget and create an
inspiration video showcasing your wedding design.
But that’s not all!
WHAT IS YOUR WORKING APPROACH?
My approach is based on professionalism, transparency, and clarity throughout the entire planning
process. At any time, you will have access to quotes and documents, which will always be fully
transparent to you.
DO WE GET A DISCOUNT BY USING YOUR VENDORS?
Each vendor I work with has their own discount policies, but I can assure you that you will receive
the best available rates. I take pride in collaborating exclusively with experienced wedding
professionals.
HOW MANY TIMES WILL WE MEET? WILL YOU ATTEND IMPORTANT MEETINGS WITH US?
I will accommodate your needs, working with you through in-person meetings and phone
consultations to ensure we are always on the same page. I will always be present at key vendor
meetings to offer my guidance. If you prefer phone calls or video meetings instead of in-person
appointments, that’s absolutely fine!
HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?
Let me know your wedding date, and I will immediately check my availability. To secure your date,
some paperwork and an initial deposit are required. If you haven’t set a date yet, I can help! It’s
always a good idea to have 2-3 possible dates in mind before choosing the venue and other vendors.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT?
If the event is postponed due to force majeure (family bereavement, an ongoing pandemic, etc.), the
project will be put on hold with no additional charges or penalties.
In case of event cancellation, the deposit will be retained, no further payments will be required, and
the contract will be considered terminated.
